I am in my wise mind this morning. I am feeling calm and at ease just doing my work. I feel like I am handling things well. This is good.

The Wise Mind concept is part of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, a methodology used for patients with Borderline Personality Disorder that emphasizes "mindfulness." Wise mind is where emotional mind and rational mind intersect. The idea is to recognize when you're in each state of mind and then sit with it. This is as far as I've gone.
