2006-05-21 - 15:55 Today: 182 Losing weight was a lot easier when I hated myself. Well, I am determined to lose this week. Lincoln is out of town and I can jettison the alcohol while he's gone. That should be enough, but just in case...I have pasted skinny (like WAY skinny) pics of Svetlana Lunkina, Keira Knightley and myself where I will see them. I have posted a note on my fridge that says "what you're looking for is not in here." I have established a plan for walking every day, early in the morning. I will lose the weight.
